In 2016 i was tasked with building a channel program that in just 2 years brought in $1.5M in ARR and by 2022 $5M in ARR. Now there are some caveats, 70% of that revenue comes from one partner but at the end of the day, revenue is revenue and sometimes you get lucky. Either way, it’s a good problem to have but ideally, you want to spread your revenue across multiple partners in case things don’t work out.
